The consultation process usually starts with an email and phone call to Joy Lindlief, our patient coordinator. She will listen to what they want to achieve, then discuss with Dr. Grossman to determine the most customized plan. To make this process as smooth as possible, we request patients to send photos to Joy so that she and Dr. Grossman can look, review and plan to combine as many procedures as the patient desires within safety limitations.

While Dr. Grossman usually can ascertain what you desire accomplished, the plan is only tentative until she sees you in person. When you return home, your post-procedure care will continue via ongoing telephone calls, in-depth emails and virtual follow-ups. We will always be here for your questions and concerns.

Hotels

Many of our out of town patients stay at a local friend’s home or in a hotel with a friend or relative accompanying them, while others travel to Los Angeles for their procedure on their own. If someone is on their own and receiving general anesthesia, we will recommend accommodation for aftercare. Below you’ll find some of our patients’ favorite lodging options.
